SALON BAR RELAUNCHES “KEEP IT MOVING” WITH INTERNATIONAL GUEST DJ
So you’re looking for great cocktails, a packed dance floor, and both local and international DJs (plus some pretty cool vintage games for when you need a break)? You must be looking for The Salon on Eddy Street in downtown Providence, RI!
And this week, on May 17 at 10 p.m., The Salon and Lowkey are kicking off the relaunch of their dance party series, “Keep It Moving,” with guest DJ FS Green.
“FS Green, the influential producer + DJ hailing from Amsterdam makes his way to Providence, RI for the 2nd stop on his North American tour,” writes @lowkeypvd on Instagram. The Salon is open to those who are 21+. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time here, and the doors open at 8 p.m.
THE DEAN HOTEL OFFERS PRIDE MONTH DEAL ALL JUNE LONG
June is going to be a busy month in Providence: kicking off on June 1, the Providence Flea takes place each Sunday; RI Pride lights up the city on June 21; and Movies on the Block returns on June 26. To the surprise of no one, we’re always down for good wine and good food! So we’re quite excited to hear that Figidini on Washington Street has an upcoming wine dinner scheduled with Wine Wizards for June 6 from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
During the event, enjoy five delectable food courses with curated wine pairings. Grab your reservations here as soon as possible before they sell out! The reservation is $10 with $90 due at dinner. (ICYMI, Figidini is known for their flavorful Neapolitan-style pizza.)
